Refunds and Billing Adjustments
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After a returned item is received, it is inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.
If the return is approved following inspection, the refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping Overview
West Wren ships within the United States and provides free standard shipping.
Orders are subject to a 1–6 business day handling time, followed by an estimated 7–20 business day transit time.
The overall estimated delivery timeframe is 8–26 business days.
The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-8), and business days are Monday–Friday.
These delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Returns and Cancellations
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days from delivery.
To request a return, contact info@westwren.com. We will review the request and, if approved, provide the applicable return instructions.
Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and no restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges are available for eligible products.
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Please do not send products to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.
